Accessibility statement
Financial clarity should include everyone.
Our commitment
We want every member to be able to check a score, compare products, and read a guide regardless of ability or assistive technology. We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our reference standard.
What that looks like in practice
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and labeled landmarks.
- Full keyboard operability for navigation, menus, and calculators.
- Text alternatives for meaningful imagery; decorative motion is marked as such.
- Color contrast targets for text and interactive elements.
- Reduced motion respected: when your system requests reduced motion, background videos stay as still images.
Known limitations
Some interactive visualizations (like animated score charts) are being improved with fuller screen-reader descriptions. Where a feature falls short, the underlying numbers are always available as text on the same page.
Tell us what's broken
If any part of The Capital Game is difficult or impossible for you to use, email accessibility@thecapitalgame.com with the page and the assistive technology you're using. Accessibility reports go to the front of the queue.
